Grouper

Manage RSS, convert XML and scrap webs.

There are many and very advanced applications destined to managing RSS subscriptions, but if you want to integrate this feature in your own website, Grouper offers you this possibility. But not only this, it is also possible to manage and convert XML files, and a very interesting feature, scap web pages to be able to index them as RSS.

  Grouper is formed by various modules: GrouperConvert (to get an RSS from any web), GrouperSearch (searches for any word and creates an RSS with the results), GrouperConf (application configuration module), GrouperSourceConf (to make lower level configuration modifications), GrouperLoadPlugin (module to load plugins within Grouper Evolution, the pay version), GrouperClearCache (to delete the cache that Grouper creates) and GrouperClearCacheFile (to delete a lone cache).

  With these components Grouper is capable of scraping blogs and web pages to present their contents as RSS, convert Atom feeds to RSS (support for versions 0.3 and 1.0), convert RSS 0.9x feeds to RSS 2.0,... and many other features that make Grouper a complete RSS feed manager.
